These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and DancerDossier, operated by Auragentics, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the DancerDossier web application located at dancerdossier.com, the DancerDossier mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Apps"), and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

In addition to terms defined elsewhere in these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an Account with a Parent/Guardian, Studio Admin, Coach, or Organization Admin role. Individuals under the age of 18 may create an Account with the "Dancer" role only with the verifiable consent of their parent or legal guardian, who must also maintain an active Account on the Service and accept these Terms on the Minor's behalf.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Service is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, manipulating the Service, or for any fraudulent purpose is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

Dancer profiles for children under 13 must be created by a Parent/Guardian Account holder. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

5.3 Guardian Linking

The Service allows primary account holders (typically the Parent/Guardian who created a dancer profile) to invite additional guardians, co-parents, or emergency contacts. The primary account holder is responsible for ensuring that all linked guardians are authorized to access the Minor's information and consents to such access.

6. User Content

9. Video Analysis Service

9.1 AI-Powered Analysis

The Service offers AI-powered video analysis that provides technique scores, musicality scores, skill level recommendations, and narrative feedback on uploaded dance videos. Video analysis is performed using a combination of local pose-detection processing and third-party AI services (Google Gemini). By uploading a video for analysis, you consent to its processing by these systems.

9.2 Disclaimers

Video analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional instruction, medical advice, or an official skill level certification. Scores, recommendations, and feedback may contain inaccuracies. DancerDossier makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of video analysis results.

9.3 Usage Limits

Video analysis is subject to per-account usage limits based on your subscription tier. Free-tier accounts are limited to a specified number of analyses per month. Exceeding your tier limit requires upgrading to a premium subscription. Current tier limits are displayed within the Service.
